Customers may request a return or replacement if they receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Such requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs or videos as proof.

Products must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for return consideration. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling may not be eligible for return or refund.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, QULZORYN will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

QULZORYN reserves the right to reject refund or return requests that do not meet the stated conditions. The company may modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
